Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with the setup and stocking of food stations
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience a plus
• Food handler’s permit or certification
