- Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies
- Actively identify and manage risks and dependencies
- Support the product manager and/or product owner in goal definition and backlog management

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related IT/Technical field
- 5-7 years of experience in Agile software development as a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, or similar role
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops)
- Experience managing dependencies and risks in large-scale Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and their application in team performance improvement
- Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification preferred
- Experience with software development for medical devices or a regulated field preferred
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance frameworks related to software development
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
