We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Apprentice Vehicle Technician to join our busy Service Department. This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn gaining hands‑on experience in a professional workshop while completing your NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a skilled and friendly team who will help you develop into a fully qualified Vehicle Technician.

• Assist with general servicing and repairs to cars and light commercial vehicles
• Support video health check reporting and learn how to identify maintenance needs
• Develop diagnostic skills using the latest Ford tools and technology
• Help carry out warranty and recall work under supervision
• Learn to fit accessories and vehicle upgrades
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

• A genuine interest in cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry
• A strong desire to learn and build a long‑term career in vehicle repair
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• The ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science preferred
• A Full UK Driving Licence is beneficial but not essential

• A fully supported apprenticeship programme leading to an NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Hands‑on training and mentoring from experienced Keith Motors technicians
