• ✅ Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options
• ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• ✅ Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
• ✅ Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales
• ✅ Process applications, policy changes, and service requests
• ✅ Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service

• ✔ Licensed in Property & Casualty in the State of Wisconsin
• ✔ Sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
• ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• ✔ Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• ✔ Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
• ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
• ✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude
