We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Manufacturing Technology Manager to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all in-house manufacturing equipment and processes while driving innovation, automation, and operational excellence. As the subject matter expert on all manufacturing equipment and production processes, you will lead manufacturing operations to ensure best practices, ISO compliance, operational efficiency, and safety excellence. You will play a key role in evaluating, acquiring, and implementing new technologies — including automation — while optimizing existing systems. This position is instrumental in meeting production goals, maintaining inventory targets, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality output across the organization.

Responsibilities

Our core manufacturing processes include:

• Blow molding
• Injection molding
• Extrusion molding
• Packing and assembly operations

• Oversee all manufacturing equipment, processes, and departmental functions.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and turnover goals.
• Drive machine efficiencies and labor‑saving initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality requirements.
• Direct maintenance, installation, upgrading, and repair of equipment.

• Lead initiatives involving new equipment acquisition and automation upgrades.
• Implement process and procedure improvements to optimize results.
• Design, install, and maintain manufacturing systems to meet production goals.
• Meet departmental cost objectives and performance metrics.

• Supervise and mentor direct reports.
• Establish technical training and continuous development programs.
• Build and support a high‑performing manufacturing team.
• Set departmental objectives and evaluate performance.
• Partner with HR in hiring, coaching, and disciplinary processes.

• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and safety training certifications.
• Investigate and report incidents.
• Maintain full ISO compliance and documentation standards.

• Associate degree in a related field required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred (Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred).
• Multiple years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in equipment management, automation, and process optimization.
• Experience with ISO standards and compliance.

Travel is required, including visits to industry events, trade shows, and company/vendor facilities across North America, South America, Europe, and China.
