Job Requirements
Physical – must be able to move about the shop floor with or without accommodation, must be able to use a computer and keyboard.
Working Hours – full-time

Good Organizational Skills
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, which directly affect financial reporting and vendor relationships.
- Authorized to communicate directly with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and invoice resolutions.
- Develop VKS procedures and work instructions that support a specific process or the manufacture of a given part.
- Work with Production, Quality and Engineering to ensure the accuracy of the VKS developed documentation.
- Solicit operator feedback about VKS developed documentation.
- Continually monitor and maintain VKS documentation to ensure currency.
- Evaluate VKS usage to determine effectiveness.
- Solicit feedback from Production, Quality and Engineering to determine VKS improvement opportunities.
- Take pictures and document products and processes as appropriate to describe the quality requirements of the part.
- Perform time studies, as requested.
- Evaluate production performance data to support identification of priorities.
- Capture and report VKS related metrics.
- Achieve due dates for assigned tasks.
