Physical – must be able to move about the shop floor with or without accommodation, must be able to use a computer and keyboard.

Good Organizational Skills

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, which directly affect financial reporting and vendor relationships.
• Authorized to communicate directly with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and invoice resolutions.
• Develop VKS procedures and work instructions that support a specific process or the manufacture of a given part.
• Work with Production, Quality and Engineering to ensure the accuracy of the VKS developed documentation.
• Solicit operator feedback about VKS developed documentation.
• Continually monitor and maintain VKS documentation to ensure currency.
• Evaluate VKS usage to determine effectiveness.
• Solicit feedback from Production, Quality and Engineering to determine VKS improvement opportunities.
• Take pictures and document products and processes as appropriate to describe the quality requirements of the part.
• Perform time studies, as requested.
• Evaluate production performance data to support identification of priorities.
• Capture and report VKS related metrics.
• Achieve due dates for assigned tasks.
