We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Quality Control Technician. No previous construction experience is required.

• Serve as the quality eyes on our construction projects, testing materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Take measurements, document results, and ensure road construction meets strict standards.
• Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin and learn technical skills from day one.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills, strong communication, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions and work independently when trained.

• Compensation: $24+/hour starting pay.
