• 100% outpatient clinic setting
• Acute Care and Primary Care

• Enjoy a schedule with work/life balance:
  • Full-Time 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week)
  • Clinic is open Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.
    
    -6 p.m. and Fridays 7:30 a.m.
    
    -5 p.m.
  • NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Patient-focused support staff - team will include a behavioral health therapist, MA, and RN
• New facility with on-site lab

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
• NPs should have Family Certification
