• Financial Statements:
  Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy.
• Financial Analysis:
  Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
• Month-End Close:
  Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Manage & collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
• Audit Support:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Hospitality/5+ years of experience preferred.
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 Base
