Role Description  As part of the JD team, you will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
Responsibilities    Customer Service:  Assist customers at all stages of the sale, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met; provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction.
Visual Merchandising:  Support the maintenance of sales standards; verify stock levels on the sales floor, replacing items when necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.
Requirements   Preferably some experience in customer contact activities outside of retail.
Excellent communication skills and customer management abilities.
