We are seeking for SIDEL an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the team, focusing on the design and development of electrical systems for industrial equipment, specifically for Bottle Washer Tunnels and Containers Pasteurizer Tunnels, that will report to the Tunnel Automation Manager in Verona and functionally to the Electrical Engineering Director.
Responsibilities
Electrical Design Development
Design and develop electrical systems for Bottle Washer and Containers Pasteurizer Tunnels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Utilize Eplan Electrical CAD for creating detailed electrical schematics and documentation.
Project Management
Manage the development of electrical solutions from concept through to field testing and customer support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical and automation components.
Technical Documentation
Prepare and maintain all technical documents related to electrical design and implementation.
Conduct thorough testing of electrical systems following established methodologies.
Compliance and Standards
Ensure all designs adhere to company guidelines and industry best practices.
Stay updated on advancements in electrical engineering and integrate relevant technologies into designs.
Your Profile
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or a Secondary School Diploma with relevant experience.
2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, specifically in industrial equipment design.
Proficiency in Eplan Electrical CAD and experience with electrical industrial design. SAP knowledge. Strong understanding of electrical design principles and the ability to read and analyze electrical drawings.
Knowledge of PLC, automation and network architecture is an advantage. Electrical enabling permit. We value not only technical expertise but also soft skills.
You should be capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset are essential, as are excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken, is required, while proficiency in French is a plus.
A willingness to travel for customer visits and prototype validation support is also necessary.
