Customer Care Assistant (m/f/d)
Main activities

You will be the point of contact for our key customers for any update concerning shipments. The main tasks you will perform are:

Providing a customer experience in line with the company's standards

Entering orders into the company's TMS and checking that the data in the system is up to date

Booking loading and unloading slots

Providing daily support to the Operations departments

Working closely with the Sales organisation to manage key customers

Analysing, reporting and monitoring KPIs

Supporting the optimisation of customer service performance and procedures

Required profile

Previous experience in the transport sector in a customer service role

Order management skills

Time management skills and affinity with deadlines

Excelent interactions skills with customers and internal stakeholders

Negotiation ability

Ability to consistently manage multi-channel interactions

Dynamic thinking and solution-oriented approach

Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

Knowledge of SGA TMS is an advantage

Fluency in English and German
