As a part‑time security guard, your shift is Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. You will receive next‑day pay through our Pay Activ benefit.

• Patrol the buildings and grounds to ensure the security and safety of the community.
• Monitor the gatehouse and maintain vigilance over residents and visitors.
• Provide support during the evening and night hours for residents and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security and/or emergency response experience is preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Guard Certification, if employed in the state of Maryland (or obtain within the 3‑month introductory period).
• CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3‑month introductory period).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay Range: $16.43 – $19.57 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
