Qualifications- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Individuals with backgrounds in food service, retail, or hospitality often excel in this role
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and a passion for helping people
- Comfortable working with technology, including CRMs and basic computer tools
- Coachable, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be available to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule during the week
