As a sales associate you will provide patients and customers with the best experience in every Lens Crafters location, helping the brand become the premier vision destination in the community.

• Consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients with frame selection and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide a complete vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with an optician as needed.
• Actively participate in a positive store environment and foster strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, phone, and basic math skills.
• Comfortable with new technology and change, performing tasks with high accuracy.
• Ability to sell through strong sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self‑motivated, able to multi‑task, and able to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
