Base Pay$15 per hour
OverviewAs the Part‑Time Customer Service Lead, under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead day‑to‑day customer service initiatives, inspiring associates to provide exceptional, friendly, professional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Model company core values, Our Burlington philosophy, and appropriate back‑of‑house standards and execution strategies for the receiving team.
- Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer‑first focus and delivering a consistently great experience.
- Maintain a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand or walk for extended periods.
