Front of House Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Smile

* Create and Maintain Eye Contact

* Speak Enthusiastically

* Make Emotional Connections with Guests

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Be able to work outside in the weather for periods of time

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Must be able to stand up to 8 hours

* Must be able to use fine motor skills

* Must be able to work in all weather conditions typical of Florida environment (heat, rain, wind, etc)

* Must be able to lift at most 50 pounds

* Must be able to read and understand policies and procedures in English

* Must be able to stoop, bend, turn, and twist

* Must be able to walk up to 2 miles (this is for outside expo)

* Must be able to work outside up to 5 hours a day in rotating shifts

* Must be able to move quickly

* Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and project their voice/enunciate as to be heard and understood

* Must be able to work in a team environment

* Must be available to work on Saturdays (lunch or dinner daypart)
