Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – Florida

Start Date: February 10, 2026
Location: Vero Beach, Florida
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 hours per week (3x12 shifts) or 40 hours per week (8 or 10 hour shifts); float required across multiple locations within 20-mile radius; weekend rotation required

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license or willingness to obtain (pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 18 months telemetry/acute care experience required; 2 years preferred
• Recent PCU or Cardiac Telemetry experience required and must be reflected in work history
• Experience managing vasoactive drips and stroke patients
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification (current)
• ACLS certification required at time of submission
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start date
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems
• Must pass EKG and pharmacology tests during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Smoke-free/nicotine-free requirement:
  Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine) test required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two professional references from direct supervisor, manager, or director
