Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – Florida

Start Date: February 10, 2026

Location: Vero Beach, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week, 3x12-hour shifts. Float rotation required to multiple locations within a 20-mile radius. Block scheduling not available.

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license (must be active at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 18 months acute care telemetry experience required; 2 years preferred
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Stepdown) experience required
• Strong demonstrated competency with vasoactive drip management
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Current ACLS certification (must have at time of submittal)
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start date)
• Proficiency in telemetry interpretation and dysrhythmia management
• Experience with central line management, blood product administration, and cardiac drip management
• Two professional references from direct supervisors or nursing managers
• Nicotine-free status with negative 10-panel drug screen including cotinine testing
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
