Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring a FL or compact RN license and ACLS/BLS certification.

• Work in the Cath Lab of a teaching hospital
• Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts from 6:30 to 17:00
• Patient population includes those requiring cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiac procedures
• Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs
• On-call required during evenings and weekends
• Uses EPIC for charting
• Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be prioritized upon assignment confirmation
• All requested time off must be included up front; late requests will likely not be approved
• Ceil blue scrubs required for this unit
• Free parking is available in any unrestricted space
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Assignments at Cleveland Clinic locations are limited to 18 consecutive months, with a 6-month waiting period before re-assignment

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 18 months RN experience before travel assignments required (2 years preferred)
• Current AHA or American Red Cross ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Negative 10-panel drug screen and nicotine (cotinine) test required
• Travelers must be nicotine free
