A growing law firm known for its commitment to client success and legal excellence. They specialize in a variety of practice areas, including real estate and probate law. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Counsel to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters.
- Develop case strategies and counsel clients on legal rights and options.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare for hearings and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation or other dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal case outcomes.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case law affecting real estate and probate litigation.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and probate litigation.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, probate law, and litigation procedures.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Strong client-service orientation and interpersonal skills.
