Vero Beach Country Club, a private 501(c)(7) club offering golf, dining, and social events, is seeking a creative, hands‑on hospitality leader to serve as Clubhouse Manager. The role requires a collaborative, service‑driven mindset, strong financial acumen, and experience in private‑club food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day club operations while collaborating with the Humans Manager/COO to achieve long‑term success.

• Develop and execute engaging social programs and events that elevate member experience.
• Oversee food and beverage operations, inventory control, and financial forecasting.
• Mentor, onboard, and retain staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Utilize technology—including social media and club systems—to enhance member engagement.
• Identify opportunities for cost control and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Front highlighted experience in member high‑usage areas.
• Strong leadership skills,езда
• Proof of knowledge of private club operations and a commitment to service excellence.
• Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management; substantial experience may substitute.
• Industry certifications such as CCM are encouraged.

Compensation – Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications. The club offers a bonus and benefits package, including association membership.
