The Guest Service Agent (Part‑time) works 7:00‑15:00 and 15:00‑23:00 shifts. Responsibilities include processing check‑ins and check‑outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner. The role anticipates guest needs, exceeds expectations, and implements creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
