Office Manager – NHC Home Care Vero Beach is looking for an Office Manager to join our team! The Office Manager coordinates and supervises general clerical, payroll, and billing operations of the homecare office.

• High school diploma.
• Additional business and computer courses/college.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in computer data entry, accounting, related field, or general office work in a home health or related setting preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Responsible for the effective day-to-day Home Care agency clerical processes, under the direction of the agency Administrator or Director of Services.
• Supervising, recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, developing, and disciplining clerical staff;
• Maintenance of confidential personnel files for all staff;
• Serving as the location’s benefits expert.
