  • Work with 1 physician and two advanced practitioners
  • Large office space with lots of room
  • Group has their own clinical lab, ultrasound, CT scan, pathologist, and more on site
  • Office is open 9:00 am- 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Group owns their own surgery center with 2 operating rooms
  • Obtain privileges at 2 local hospitals
  • Call to be determined
  • Looking for someone to ASAP
  • 2 offices located about 15 miles apart
  • Conditions treated include: prostate care, kidney care, including cryotherapy and laser, incontinence, impotence, bladder treatments, vasectomy, vasectomy reversal and more
