Job Description- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility as requested.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic math skills (accurately give change).
- Have an outgoing personality with customers; serve as the first contact for inbound and carry‑out customers, communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
- Most tasks are performed from a standing position; there are no chairs for employees. You must be able to stand for long periods of time.
