Job Description
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility as requested.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Use basic math skills (accurately give change).
- Have an outgoing personality with customers; be the first point of contact via phone and carry‑out.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
- Stand for long periods of time; no chairs are provided.
