This full-time on-site role, based in Vero Beach, FL, is covering the state of Florida. is looking for a Working Sitework Foreman/Crew Leader. The role involves daily oversight of construction projects, including scheduling, supervising, and coordinating sitework activities to ensure high-quality and timely completion. Additional responsibilities include leading and motivating teams, maintaining safety protocols, and managing resources effectively.

• Proven leadership skills, including team supervision and the ability to motivate crews for optimal performance.
• Experience in sitework, concrete, and vertical construction, with knowledge of construction techniques and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities to manage multiple tasks and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges and coordinate with team members and stakeholders efficiently.
• Capability to work in a hands on environment, with fast pace planning and heavy equipment
• Experience in operating construction equipment and a valid driver's license are required.
• Knowledge of using project management tools and software is a plus.
