Assistant Account Manager

Boston Retail Solutions is currently seeking an Assistant Account Manager based at our Vero Beach Corporate Office.

• Upload photos, drawings, and documents to an online job calendar.
• Communication between locations to clear installation with mall management and security.
• Scheduling jobs on the calendar.
• Create estimates and work orders for assigned projects.
• Coordinate artwork request and facilitate approval process while exhibiting a dependable, positive, and encouraging demeanor.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset
• Excellent time management and problem‑solving skills
• Manage multiple projects at the same time and ability to work with urgent and changing deadlines and flexible priorities
• Work history in clerical administration, office management, purchasing
• Ability to operate current software programs

• Previous graphic design or brand management experience is helpful
• Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings is helpful
• Construction or architectural design background helpful
