Sunshine Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a full-time receptionist for a well‑established, nonprofit outpatient therapy clinic. This role is the first point of contact for patients and families arriving at the clinic so the ideal candidate with be professional and personable with excellent customer service skills, able to handle stressful situations in a fast‑paced environment with grace.

• Patient check‑in and registration
• Phone support
• Payment collection
• Insurance verification
• Records entry; medical record preparation
• Scheduling support
• Other front desk duties as assigned

• High school diploma; AA degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year employment as a medical receptionist, high‑volume customer service professional, or equivalent experience
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Strong multi‑tasking skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Excellent communication skills
• Open to learning and collaborating with team members
• Bilingual;
  Spanish‑speaking strongly preferred
