We are currently seeking talented Managers to join our team.

• Directly supervising approximately 40 team members (depending on location) and holding them accountable to their specific job duties and overall work performance
• Hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing hourly team members
• Building team member schedules and uploading into scheduling software, Hot Schedules
• Adhering to and enforcing all company standards and policies set forth in the code of conduct and team member handbook, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Managing, delegating, and following up on tasks vital to the operation of the sports bar
• Maintaining bar compliance with beer and liquor licensing, work authorization, and wage and hour laws
• Emphasizing safety, sanitation and security, and ensuring all Team Members are properly trained
• Conducting daily line and equipment checks and ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, passing Health Department and Corporate audits with exceptional ratings, and training staff on proper sanitation guidelines
• Maintaining standards for food quality, taste, and presentation
• Ensuring Team Members avoid cross contamination and improper handling or storage through training and supervision
• Resolving escalated conflicts or guest complaints
• Adhering to company cash handling and payment processing procedures
• Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
• Optimizing store profit by effectively managing labor and cost of goods/inventory
• Providing clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to Team Members and following through on disciplinary action when needed
• Making sound judgments to prevent or diffuse situations that pose risk to the company
• Increasing sales through community involvement and guest satisfaction by meeting needs and promoting opportunities
• Taking ownership and pride in the overall operation and performance of the sports bar

• Passion for people and food
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Successful completion of a background check
• Minimum of one year experience in restaurant management or supervision, preferably in a high volume, full-service restaurant
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation
• Serv Safe certification recommended
• Understanding of food allergens
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler Card
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and cold environments
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Professional demeanor under pressure

• Ability to work at a fast pace and stand for extended periods
