Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our travel team in a SNF UNIT setting in Vernon, TX. This is a full-time travel contract position.

• Provide PTA-level skilled care to patients in a SNF UNIT setting
• Collaborate with physical therapy team to implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate needs to supervisors
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory guidelines

• Active Texas SNF UNIT PTA license
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience
• Position begins on 01/05/2026 and ends on 04/04/2026
