Heavy Equipment Mechanic
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other power sports vehicles—and take pride in quality workmanship—we want to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related equipment
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire installs, brake service, inspections, etc.)
Troubleshoot electrical, engine, and drivetrain issues
Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Previous experience as a power sports or small-engine technician preferred
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Experience with electrical systems a plus
Factory or OEM certifications are a bonus (but not required)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license
