Starting salary: $67,200 and Bilingual starting salary at $69,200

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and engagement
- Determine DSM‑V diagnosis in consultation with supervisor, medical director, psychiatrist, medical provider or designee as needed
- Develop treatment plans and contracts for services
- Implement treatment plans, modifying them as appropriate during the course of treatment
- Discharge planning, which may include linkages to community support services
- Provide case management services
- Complete clinical documentation required by agency and program policies, HIPAA regulations, and funding sources
- Maintain productivity targets determined by service
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed counseling degree
- State of CT license required (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist)
- Minimum of 2+ years of post‑graduate experience in an outpatient setting
- Bilingual/bicultural skills preferred
- Cultural competency to serve a diverse population
- Strong diagnostic, assessment and treatment skills for individual, family and group therapy
- Extensive experience working with culturally diverse populations, a wide age range, and a variety of clinical presentations
- Knowledge of mental health, child welfare systems, and community resources
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to function autonomously in day‑to‑day responsibilities while seeking consultation appropriately when needed
- Proficiency with word processing and general computer skills
