Part Time Sales Representative

We are seeking a salesperson to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up. The successful candidate will work with professionalism and consistency to achieve sales goals.

Steady work and rapid growth in the northwest Chicago suburbs area, including Vernon Hills, Lake Zurich, Mundelein, Libertyville, Lake Forest, Lincolnshire, and surrounding communities in Lake County, Illinois. We are a high-quality company with an excellent reputation, offering sales training and all sales tools provided, as well as ongoing training and coaching.

• Greets prospects in our lead source platforms.
• Registers and calls prospects in lead tracking systems.
• Creates leads and schedules in-home appointments.
• Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
• Performs scheduling of job site measuring and job execution that meets the customer’s needs.
• Keeps record of photographs of remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the franchise album.
• Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.
• Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
• Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
• Collects deposits/payments from customers.
• Interacts with Project Manager to provide details for ordering.
• Initiates any job change orders.
• Follows up with project manager prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
• Continues customer contact during the job and monitors all related activities.
• Processes credit card payments from the customer in partnership with project manager.
