Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T0833) – Target

The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve concerns
• Inform guests of current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Thank guests and express appreciation for their visit
• Explain and assist with Target Loyalty programs and sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and company guidelines
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy
• Demonstrate how to use features in the Target App (including Wallet) and related services
• Understand Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; assist guests with enrollment and use of these features
• Handle returns following store policies; collaborate with leadership to resolve guest needs
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with stocking during store hours
• Operate in a safe manner and comply with safety policies and training; report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-Up, and related duties with compliance to applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where applicable)
• All other duties based on business needs
