The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience and will be discussed with your recruiter.

Position Summary:

Our fresh meat team focuses on the quality, packaging, and display of meat items. You’ll be on the front lines of customer service, helping ensure a quality product and a great shopping experience for members.

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares meat products according to established standards; cuts boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains operational excellence, ensures quality and date control for meat products, secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise, reduces waste, assists members with purchasing decisions, and ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage according to policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocates for the department and club by delivering high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; applies Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; seeks opportunities for improvement and adapts to feedback.
