Job Overview

Join Target as a Style Consultant, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong operations, visual merchandising, and product knowledge.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Maintain product availability, execute priority fills, and create a guest-ready floorpad.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise is worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
