The Shipping Associate I ensures customer delight by receiving, packing, and shipping valves and related components with accuracy and efficiency within the shipping department.

• Receive valves from assembly accurately
• Collect all material for manifold assembly
• Verify material against BOM
• Match MO’s for kit orders
• Assemble boxes
• Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of material being packed and shipped to customers
• Coordinate shipping documents
• Ensureachment of product as per written and verbal instructions for accurate and safe delivery
• Label shipments using marking tools
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Examine shipment to verify packing specifications are met
• Prep orders for packers
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Position has no supervisory responsibilities

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Beginner computer skills
• Coordinate workflow with other team members
• Ability to operate material handling machinery (pallet jacks, electric banders, skid wrappers)
• Forklift certification preferred

• Lift and move 50 pounds repeatedly
• Walk and stand for long periods of time
• Push carts with heavy loads

Company’s manufacturing facility where temperatures vary by season and noise level is moderate to high. Personal protective equipment (safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes) is required as per company safety standards.

The hourly range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00 per hour. Pay is determined by work experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and location.
