Machine Operator

• Operate various production machines, learning to set up and troubleshoot each, including grinders, belt sanders, presses, and basic CNC machines.
• Load and unload high volumes of metal parts efficiently. Move parts bins on and off pallets.
• Visually inspect parts and learn to use basic inspection tools.
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions to identify and produce work.
• Accurately record production into computer.
• Participate in continual improvement teams and activities.
• Comply with all safety requirements including but not limited to good housekeeping.
• Very reliable and punctual work attendance.

• High School diploma or equivalent plus hands‑on mechanical aptitude and skills.
• Experience in manufacturing ideal but any mechanically related experience with basic math skills may qualify.
• Must be able to understand spoken and written English well; bilingual Spanish ideal.
• Self‑motivated and strongly committed to building a manufacturing career through high energy, attentiveness, a positive attitude, and a desire to continuously improve.
• Must be able to easily adapt to changing situations.
• Physically capable of lifting, turning, bending, walking, standing, reaching.
• Outstanding reliable and punctual attendance.
