Team & Position Description

We are seeking a self‑motivated D365 Business Analyst – Supply Chain to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives and deliver actionable insights that shape the future of our organization. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify challenges, design solutions, and implement changes that create measurable business value. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a significant impact while advancing your expertise in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Performance Objectives
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Stakeholders and build strong relationships to gather and validate business requirements aligned with operational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and regular meetings within the first 60 days to capture evolving needs and ensure alignment with KPIs.
  • Drive Automation Initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Identify at least two opportunities to automate repetitive supply chain processes using D365 features and Power Platform tools within the first 90 days.
  • Support System Configuration, Deployment, and ongoing support, providing day‑to‑day assistance for supply chain users, troubleshooting issues, resolving configuration errors, and answering functional questions.
  • Assist in setup, testing, and deployment of supply chain features within D365, ensuring smooth rollout with minimal disruption.
  • Participate in monthly proactive quality updates and semi‑annual D365 upgrades, performing unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality against business requirements.
  • Stay current on D365 SCM and industry trends by continuously researching new features, platform updates, and best practices, and plan adoption to keep the organization competitive and efficient.
Requirements / Ideal Attributes
  • College diploma or university degree in computer science, or equivalent experience in information systems.
  • In‑depth, hands‑on knowledge and experience with enterprise and desktop applications, including MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus.
  • Highly self‑motivated, directed, and flexible to work weekends and extended periods as required.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
  • Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue‑resolution techniques.
  • Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

Compensation Range: $110,000 – $140,000 annual salary – actual compensation may vary based on experience, skill set, and location. Total compensation includes profit‑sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits.
