• Facilitate virtual instructor‑led (VILT) educational programs for Sysmex customers via Zoom Meeting content delivery and live on‑camera streaming technology in a studio‑based laboratory environment.
• Conduct instructor‑led classes in a traditional classroom setting as required.
• Collaborate with the Center for Learning Instructional Design team to develop educational resources for the external customer base.
• Participate in curriculum review sessions with the instructional design team and studio production crew to provide facilitation expertise, class flow, and knowledge retention input.
• Serve on company‑wide cross‑functional teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment and classrooms used for educational purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Travel Percentage: 5%

Physical Risk:
Regular exposure to risk that may require alertness, with minimal precautions.

Physical Demands:
Light physical effort. Routine handling of objects up to 20 pounds; prolonged (at least 50% of time) sitting, standing, keyboard or CRT work. May require periods of moderate discomfort due to noise, dust, lighting and/or other conditions.

• Bachelor’s degree required, 3-5 years of previous experience in a Clinical Laboratory required.
• ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or equivalent a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or French Canadian is a plus.
• Proficient in Laboratory / IVD Technical Language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite products.
• Experience using online content delivery systems preferred.
• Training or education experience preferred.
• On‑line teaching experience a plus.
• On‑camera experience a plus.
• Hematology, Urinalysis, Hemostasis, and Flow Lab experience a plus.
• Adult education experience a plus.

The salary range for this role is $70,000–$115,000. Total compensation includes a choice of health care plan, an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave, and a 401(k) for all eligible employees.
