The Role
You’re the first “wow” moment. As a Patient Sales Consultant, you’ll connect with new and returning patients, guide them through their options, and convert interest into booked consultations and treatment plans.
This is a high-touch, high-energy sales role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build trust while driving revenue. You’ll support both surgical and non-surgical services, helping patients feel confident, informed, and excited about their next steps.
What You’ll DoSales + Booking- Respond quickly to new leads and inbound calls (speed matters!)
- Convert inquiries into booked consults and treatment appointments
- Educate patients on services, pricing ranges, timing, and next steps
- Follow up consistently and confidently to reduce lost opportunities
- Help maintain full provider schedules and minimize waitlist gaps
- Conduct patient consultations to identify goals, concerns, and expectations
- Create recommendations/treatment plans and communicate realistic outcomes
- Support photo documentation and track progress when needed
- Make the experience feel luxurious, clear, and personalized
- Serve as a patient advocate and ensure every interaction feels exceptional
- Ensure required forms, financial policies, and documentation are completed
- Communicate with providers and team members to keep care seamless
- Promote specials, events, and service offerings naturally and professionally

Requirements2+ years of sales experience (aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, or luxury service preferred)
Comfortable discussing both medspa and plastic surgery services
Confident communicator — professional, warm, persuasive, and patient-focused
Organized, fast-moving, and great at multitasking
Tech-friendly (EMR, scheduling software, basic office tools)
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional experiences
