Responsibilities- Responsible for scheduling and/or billing of associates and services. Serve as a lead to other schedulers.
- Serve as a point of contact and resource to other schedulers. Coordinate and schedule services for residents.
- Ensure community and corporate policies are disseminated and followed by all associates.
- Provide Personalized Living services as needed and within professional and state guidelines.
- Coordinate alternative resources for associates and families.
- Assist the Director or designee in recruiting, hiring, orientation and training of new associates.
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage for provision of services on a day-to-day basis.
- Market programs to appropriate audiences.
- Report all accidents and/or incidents to the Director or designee immediately; ensure reports are completed accurately and timely.
- Complete administrative reports as necessary and submit to manager.
- Ensure complete and correct billing information is provided to the Director.
- Assist staff with training/orientation and encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions.

QualificationsEducation and Experience
High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of 1-2 years related experience. One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred. One year supervisory experience preferred.

- Occasional weekend, evening or night work to ensure shift coverage

- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; exposure to latex
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; possible exposure to blood-borne pathogens and hazardous substances

Uses limited independent judgment based on precedents and established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and refers issues to supervisor when needed.
