Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Senior Financial Analyst to join our high-growth technology company. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to leadership, delivering financial insights that drive strategic decisions across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. This position requires strong analytical skills, deep financial modeling experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Salary: $90, to $110,000

- Own the financial planning and analysis process for key business areas (e.g., SaaS revenue, R&D, customer)
- Build dynamic financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decisions
- Analyze business performance and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align financial plans with business goals
- Support board presentations, investor reporting, and fundraising efforts (if applicable)
- Assist in pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and customer lifetime value assessments
- Contribute to automation and improvement of FP&A tools and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
- 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Strong modeling and Excel skills; proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
- Experience with BI/reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with subscription/SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, churn, LTV)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, data-driven environment
