Are you ready to get in the game?

You will join our Gaming Development team as a Sr. Gaming Mathematician skilled in probability, statistics, and slot gaming player psychology. The person in this position will guide the design of compelling math models and perform simulations to verify their accuracy. They will also help convert existing math models into other formats. Applicants must have an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

• Work with Excel to implement and confirm mathematical models by calculating specific probabilities, pay percentages, and other statistical distributions.
• Use written code to verify, debug, and further develop game models.
• Interact with various members of the development teams to discuss and validate the implementation of certain math models and game features.
• Adapt to changes in design and be able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assist in the design of compelling and innovative math models for optimal player appeal.
• Clearly communicate and disseminate math models to other members of the development team and third-party regulators.

• Ability to collaborate with other mathematicians and adapt to feedback.
• Ability to read, edit, and adapt existing software logic.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of probability theory and combinatorics.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with popular slot games, features, and mechanics.

• BS or BA in Math, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
• >= 5 years of slot industry work experience.
• Experience with math models for slot machines or other casino gaming applications having worked on multiple projects culminating in market release titles.
