Customer Care Specialist

Baxter Boo and Yoga Design Lab are looking for a Customer Care and Sales Support Specialist to work in our corporate office located in Vernon Hills, IL. The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Baxter Boo is an online retailer of pet food, clothing, treats, and more!
Yoga Design Lab, and it's sister brand, is an online retailer of yoga, meditation and wellness products!

We're seeking a versatile and motived team member responsible for interacting with customers to help place orders, solve issues and provide information about our products. We promote a collaborative environment where every team member contributes to multiple aspects of the business.

• Manage incoming customer calls
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Assist customers with product questions and problems
• Build strong relationships and trust with new and existing customers
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• Proactively track orders and follow up with customers
• Track incomplete orders, open orders, and new account opportunities
• Work with various departments to meet customer’s needs

• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Highly self-motivated
• 1-2 years direct customer service experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Adept computer literacy skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively
• Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Ability to troubleshoot and investigate when more information is needed
• Willingness to learn new things
• Pet industry knowledge and/or knowledge of yoga and meditation practices and products highly preferred
