Status:Temporary Full-Time

Salary:$94,174 — $122, annually
Position OverviewAre you passionate about creating workplaces where employees feel valued and supported? As a Human Resources Advisor, Total Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping an engaging and rewarding work environment.
This position supports ability management and return-to-work programs, coordinates and leads job evaluation, compensation, and benefits administration, drafts job descriptions and classifications, and contributes to salary administration and market analysis.
Reporting to the HR Manager, Total Rewards & Wellbeing, you will ensure effective delivery of total rewards programs that support employee well-being while aligning with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
In This Role You WillAdminister ability management programs, including disability claims, accommodations, and return-to-work plansServe as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding ability support and accommodationsImplement and promote wellness initiatives, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)Support compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practicesCoordinate job evaluations and assist in salary administration and market analysisAdvise managers and employees on HR matters related to total rewards and wellnessMaintain accurate records and reporting metrics for HR programsSupport HR policy implementation and process improvements
