Training Manager

B.H. Inc., of Vernal, Utah, is searching for a full‑time Training Manager to design and teach training courses based on business goals that help employees overcome any current weaknesses. They will also teach additional skills to keep the company competitive and efficient. Establishes and maintains a Learning Management System to facilitate delivery of web‑based training to employees.

We are willing to pay for the best candidate in a training role. If you have what we’re looking for, we are willing to pay $85,000–$110,000 yearly (Depending on Experience). We also offer perks and benefits, including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and liberal paid time off (PTO).
