Summary:

Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of the assigned area or office. Reports to the Director of Physician Services

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
* Under the supervision of a physician or nurse, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.
* Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition. Documents patient care given.
* Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains examination areas.
* Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
* Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
* Performs other duties as assigned. Additional Information:
Patient Populations Served:
Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult. Exposure:
Regular occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens and hazardous materials.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
